Philadelphia Daily News documents rapist’s arrest.

A 14-year-old boy has been charged with armed robbery, attempted rape, kidnapping and other offenses in connection with the alleged assault of a 16-year-old girl in South Philadelphia, police said.

The boy, whose name was withheld because of his age, was apprehended at a relative's home about 3 a.m. Saturday, investigators with the Special Victims Unit said.
